Ettore Galasso Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2007
Price 7.99
88/100 - Famous Score. Montepulciano is one of the top red grapes of Italy, performing at its best in the vineyards of Abruzzo and the Marches on the peninsula's Adriatic coast. A deep, rich and velvety wine with a luscious chocolaty plum character with a nice mouth feel that is then finished with six months in French oak barrels to lend a serious layer of savory, woody complexity to the dense, dark fruit. A wonderful and easy drinker that is the PERFECT pizza and pasta red. Buy this value by the case - $80!! (Italy)
Sacred Stone Master's Red Blend N.V.

Jaboulet "Parallel 45" Côtes du Rhône 2006
Price 9.99
89/100 - Wine Spectator. Fermented in the traditional Beaujolais style using Carbonic Maceration, this wine shows a deep ruby colour, aromas of red fruits and spices, and has a pleasant finish. Made for immediate enjoyment. (France)
Home Grown Family Harvest Red 2007
Price 9.99
90/100 - Famous Score. The first release from this new winery! The majority of the fruit - Syrah, Barbera and Petite Sirah - for this unique California blend comes from the Central Coast, and designed to be a higher-acid, zippy style of wine. Like the Italian wines that influenced it, this is a red that isn't just food-friendly, it’s meant to be enjoyed with food, friends and family. Excellent Value! (California)
Rutherford Ranch Napa Valley Chardonnay 2007
Price 11.99
90/100 - Wine Advocate. This incredible valued Chardonnay starts off with aromas of freshly picked apricots and sweet honey. The fruit theme continues with scents of crisp green apples and just peeled lemon zest followed by hints of vanilla and crème brûlée. Full bodied, with beautiful balance, this Napa Valley Chardonnay with flavors of ripe peach, pear, vanilla and crisp Myers lemon are perfectly balanced leaving your palate with a clean, crisp finish. A 90 point Napa Valley Chard for only 12 bucks! (California)
Chateau Coupe Roses Minervois "La Bastide" 2006
Price 12.99
90/100 - Famous Score. Firm and intense, with plenty of stuffing, in a Châteauneuf style. It has a gamy, fruity aroma and layers of plum, dark cherry, smoke and spice flavors. Pepper-steak notes provided depth on the finish. Another French gem!!
Shannon Ridge Wrangler Red 2007
Price 13.99
92/100 - Famous Score. This is one of the best values from California. A blend of 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Syrah, 27% Petite Sirah, 6% Zinfandel and 4% Barbera. Gives this little gem a dark, deep garnet, purple. With its Maraschino cherry, boysenberry, rich vanilla oak nose, it is followed by boysenberry, cinnamon spice and vanilla on the palate. Big and bold with soft tannins, it is nicely balanced with a long, lingering finish. (California)
Thousand Foot Pinot Noir 2006
Price 13.99
90/100 - Famous Score. The name for this new Pinot Noir was derived from growing the grapes at higher elevations (above the fog line) where the grapes spend more time in extended sunlight. What's surprising about this Russian River Pinot Noir is that it has really nice weight and richness for a wine at this price point. There’s an almost creamy texture upfront, then the telltale pomegranate and cranberry flavors wake up your senses. The tannins are mild and in keeping with the overall elegance of this delightful red. Wonderful Pinot!! (California)
Saint Clair "Vicar's Choice" Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2008
Price 15.99
90/100 - Famous Score. A hugely powerful wine with intense pungent aromas of blackcurrant, passion fruit and boxwood with gooseberry highlights and a mouthwatering mineral note. Full and rich on the palate with firm, well-balanced acidity, this wine has powerful passion fruit, blackcurrant, gooseberry and ripe nettles on the palate. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and boxwood add complexity and depth to a long lingering finish. Great Summer White!! (New Zealand)
